Return Policy

Thank you for your order from Nouméa Modesty. We hope you are happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may make use of our return policy.
Return Period
Customers have the legal right to register a return within 14 days after receiving their order, without giving any reason.
After registering the return, the product must be sent back within 14 days.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:
- The product must be unworn and unwashed.
- The product must be free from perfume, make-up, stains, or any other signs of use.
- The product must be returned in its original condition.
- The original Do Not Remove Tag must still be attached.
Hygiene
Due to hygiene reasons, products that have been worn, washed, damaged, or returned without the original Do Not Remove Tag cannot be accepted for return.
If a product is returned in a condition other than its original condition, Nouméa Modesty reserves the right to apply a reduction in value to the refund amount.
Damaged or Incorrect Items

Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 14 days using the original payment method.
Return Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product was delivered damaged or an incorrect item was received. In this case, the original shipping costs will also be refunded after the return has been fully processed.
