Terms and Conditions
General
By placing an order with Nouméa Modesty, you as the customer agree to these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our social media platforms or website.
Products and Prices
All prices include VAT.
Nouméa Modesty reserves the right to change prices and product information at any time. Price changes do not affect agreements that have already been concluded.
Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer, such as evident pricing or typographical errors, are not binding on Nouméa Modesty.
Ordering and Payment
Orders are processed only after full payment has been received.
After receiving payment, the customer will receive an order confirmation by email or message.
All prices are determined and communicated in advance. We work with fixed prices.
Nouméa Modesty reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of fraud, stock errors, payment issues, or obvious pricing errors.
Customers in the local area may collect their order or arrange delivery by mutual agreement. If this is not applicable, the standard shipping method via an external delivery service will apply.
Shipping and Delivery
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days, and no later than 3 business days after payment has been received.
In the event of a delay caused by Nouméa Modesty, the customer will be informed in a timely manner.
Delays caused by external delivery services are beyond the responsibility of Nouméa Modesty.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
During public holidays or due to the closure of parcel collection points, shipping and delivery times may be delayed.
Returns and Right of Withdrawal
Customers have the legal right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days without giving any reason.
Nouméa Modesty products contain a Do Not Remove Tag. If this tag has been removed, returns are no longer possible and the right to return expires.
The product must be returned in its original condition. Products must be unworn, unwashed, and include the original Do Not Remove Tag for hygiene reasons.
If a product is returned in a condition other than its original condition, Nouméa Modesty reserves the right to apply a reduction in value to the refund amount.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected, no later than 14 days after receiving the return.

Complaints

We strive to resolve all complaints as quickly and properly as possible.
Liability
Nouméa Modesty is not liable for damage resulting from improper use of its products.
To the extent permitted by law, Nouméa Modesty’s liability is limited to the amount of the order.
We work with external delivery services. Although we do our best to deliver orders on time and in good condition, we cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our control. In the event of loss or damage, we will work with the customer to find an appropriate solution.
Governing Law
Dutch law applies to all agreements with Nouméa Modesty.
